Roshanna Hamblin-Howard

Instructor/Teacher - Guitar

“Everyone has their own battles so be careful to treat people with kindness”. This statement has always been written on the heart of Roshanna Hamblin-Howard.

Music has always been Roshanna’s get away from the cares of life and the world from a tender age.
Her love for music begins to grow into sweet rhythms. Before she heard about another instrument, she always felt drawn to the guitar. She would take rubber bands and place them on rulers or a flat stick just to hear that sweet sound of strings. The vibration of the strings is like waves of her heartbeat. Roshanna started teaching 10 years ago privately and over 2 years ago with Foundation 7. She enjoys imparting knowledge with a whole lot of fun and entertainment.

Raymond Ferreira

Instructor/Teacher - Guitar

With over 25 years of experience as a guitarist, Ray is a seasoned player who focuses mainly on playing worship music in church. His guitar experience began many years ago when his dad (also a guitarist) showed him basic chords and rhythm patterns. He was so intrigued with the sounds of the different chords that he began spending countless hours just learning and practicing. Later he teamed up with other guitarists and he developed various techniques and skills that enabled him to play confidently at any forum. With the advent of the internet, he further developed his skills by making use of all the resources on Google and YouTube with a special emphasis on lead guitar and rhythm techniques. Today he enjoys playing at church worship and teaching others to play the guitar.

Kayle Cort Austin

Instructor/Teacher - Vocal training and Recorder

Singing is one of Kayle’s happiness. At a very young age, she was captivated by the joy and happiness felt when she would express her in songs. She literally did not care whether she sounded good to the listeners or whether she would get an applause. She sang because it was one of her kind of “happy”. It was this love and connection to Music that lead her to venture into the field of vocal training. She completed voice training programmes; then studied Music Theory 1, 2 & 3 to better equip herself in the field. At present, she teaches music full-time at a public school and part time at Foundation 7. Music is fun, Music is Art, Music is expression, Music is peace.
